RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Cynthia Steffe gladly accepts any returns of full-price merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of purchase so long as the item has all tags attached and has not been worn, altered or washed.
Sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
• Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Please contact info@cynthiasteffe.com for a Return Authorization (RA) document that will include your RA # (number).
• Once the RA form has been received, please write the RA number on the outside of the carton and include the RA document inside.
• Please send Shipment Tracking # to info@cynthiasteffe.com to insure a timely credit.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns processing from time of receipt at the distribution center.
Note: We're sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned merchandise.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping carrier: Most items are shipped via Fedex. Please allow Ground deliveries 7 to 10 business days from shipment to delivery. All orders ship from California.
• No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays).
• Next Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST will be delivered by the next business day. As well, 2-Day and 3-Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered within 2 and 3 business days, respectively. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
• Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next day air for your ship method. No Canada or International orders will be accepted at this time.
